New Beginning

Hi. Is about to begin a new year. Life give us a new opportunity to work toward our goals and dreams. A new year to decide change things that hurt us and to change our weakness into strengths. A new opportunity to renew our relationship with God.


In the book: Boulevard of Paradise, F.W. Boreham wrote about an old man that was walking with his grandaughter when they found a man that told them a long story about all difficulties and pain of his life, soon the man said sorry and explained them that he had a sunburn. When the old man and his grandaughter left, the little girl told  her grandfather :" I hope that you never get a sunburn!"


John Lloud talked about this scense in the story when he wrote: " It is clear, we experience a sunburn in our life before the end of the day. This is not only true in people that give up when facing the adventure of growing in spirit and intellect, but it also true for belivers of all ages that no longer enjoy a life of adventures with Jesus. We can turn ourselves into spiritual geriatrics at age twenty or fourty.


Many wise men have offered us their perspective about the aging process.
.You are as young as your faith and as old as your doubts; as young as your confidence in yourself and as old as your fears, as young as your hope and as old as your desperation.
. In the middle of each heart there is a recording camera, as long as it receives messages of hope, happiness and courage, your youth will endure.
.When your heart is covered with pessimism and the cynicism, then and only then you  have experienced aging.


We need to think in all we did this year which is about to end. Take time in the evening of December 31 to enjoy the sunset. This is a gift from God to us, it shows us the wonders of God's creation and give us the satisfaction of living a year in his presence, one that will give you a sweet dream and the hope of living a new year with God. I wish that this new year be one of love, faith, hope and dreams that come true. I wish that you can walk with Jesus and that He fill your life of happiness, sense of security and health. I wish that when the next year end you look back and see the difference between a year walking with Jesus and a year walked alone. I am sure that if you give yourself the opportunity, you will never regret it. Even when you think that all is lost God say to you wakeup! and walk with me, a new year is coming for you. Remember the sun goes up in the morning and go down in the sunset, the night follows in the evening, but there is always a new sunrise in the horizon.
